Catering birthday parties to year end functions – The Farm Inn is the perfect functions venue.

The Farm Inn is famous as a venue for that special function. Whether it's your end of year party, a product launch, cocktail party or any other function our co-ordinators will work with you to make everything perfect.

We offer a variety of choices - a braai in one of the bomas or a formal lunch or evening function in one of the venues.
 

 

The Farm Inn Country Hotel

Air-conditioning is available in some of the venues, as well as fire places.

Our function venue include:

  • Co ordination, planning and execution of function and administration costs
  • The entire set-up of the reception venue
  • The option between black, white or cream table linen and serviettes
  • All continental crockery
  • All stainless steel cutlery
  • All standard glassware
  • A choice of colourful overlays
  • Waiter service at additional costs
  • The clearing and cleaning of the venue afterwards
  • Outside areas are available for teambuilding and parties (includes volleyball court )
 

Venue hire of R60.00 per person is charged
Children between the ages of 4-12 years are charged at half price.
Kids under 4 years are free of charge.

Venues will be ready from 07h00 for morning functions
Venues will be ready from 14h00 for afternoon functions

Please note : Extra charge for waiters
Waiters at an extra charge for R35.00 per waiter per hour
Minimum of 1 waiter for 10 guests
Minimum shift of 6 hours per waiter
 
Tables:
Rectangular tables as well as Round are available on request.
Subject to availability.
 
Chair covers:
Chair covers can be hired from R18.00 per cover and they are available in black, white or cream.
Additional R200.00 will be charged for a delivery fee.


KIDDIES PARTIES
Valid from March 2009- March 2010
The farm Inn offers the ideal venue for your kiddies party!
A great idea for children between the ages of 4-12 years.


Pony Rides Available
8-15 kids - R400.00
15-30 kids - R450.00

Jumping Castle Available
(if there are 2 x parties - then cost will be shared)
8-15 kids - R350.00
15-30 kids - R400.00

Our Kiddies party package includes:

  • A spot in the garden for the party at the jungle gym
  • The set up of the tables and chairs in an african Style (black tablecloths and Africa printed overlay) or in a colour scheme of your choice
  • Juice and sweets for the kids and tea/coffee for the adults on arrival
  • A game drive for both children and adults
  • All continental crockery
  • All stainless steel cutlery
  • All standard glassware
  • Waiter service
  • The clearing and cleaning of the venue afterwards
  • Catering including hotdog and chips or hamburger and chips for kids, followed by ice cream
  • A nice snack platter for adults
  • Complimentary birthday cake with wording and candles for the birthday girl/boy

Things to be arranged by you:

  • All flower requirements
  • General décor (party hats, balloons etc)
  • Any other entertainment

Rate:
Children @ R110.00 per child for the full package
Adults @ R130.00 per adult for the full package

Game Drives
One adult must go with on the game drive
Indemnity forms needs to be signed before going on the game drives
Minimum of 8 children & 2 adults – maximum of 45 guests

Times:
Party time in the morning from 09h00-12h00 ( game drive @ 09h30)
Party time in the afternoon from 14h00 -17h00 (game drive @ 14h30)

Terms:
50 % deposit is required to secure the booking & are non refundable in event of cancellation.

Final arrangements & full pre –payment are required 7 days prior to the function.

Cost on the package will not decrease should any part be excluded.
A booking is only secured & confirmed once booking form & full payment is received.
